Earlier this year, the UNSW Cellular Genomics Futures Institute launched a call for innovative research proposals from Early Career Academics in the field of cellular genomics. We are thrilled to announce the successful applicants who received funding to advance their research in this dynamic area of study.
Our funding criteria focused on three key areas:
Immunology and Inflammation Profiling: Understanding the immune system and inflammation processes at a cellular level.
Cancer and Clonal Variation: Investigating how cancer develops and varies within tumors using cellular genomics.
Circulating Tumor Cells: Studying the role of circulating tumor cells in cancer progression.
The UNSW Cellular Genomics Futures Institute is dedicated to enhancing single-cell genomics research within UNSW. By collaborating with various schools and faculties, our objective is to establish research incubators that promote a multidisciplinary approach to single-cell genomics.
